James brings over 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience, including business development roles with SCA Credit, Great Lakes Bureau, GE Capital and AllianceOne Inc. Some of his accomplishments include growing GB Products International from $4.5M to $36M in annual sales within 3 years while also negotiating both the Federal GSA Contract and the California Multiple Services Contract (CMAS). As National Sales Director for GE Capital, he successfully completed Black Belt sales training and Six Sigma quality training. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing for AllianceOne, Inc., he expanded the company’s services into several states including California and Texas. He has represented the company in multiple trade organizations including CTC, NACM, NACO, AJA, KADCCA, CCCA, CROA and GFOA. He was also the company representative for Court’s Today magazine. His industry involvement includes regular speaking engagements at GRCA, California Revenue Officers Association (CROA) and the National Association for Court Management (NACM) conference. He also conducted a seminar at the American Judges Association (AJA) in Orlando, Florida and San Francisco, California. His educational background includes a BBA from Cal State Hayward, CA and coursework completed in Business Administration and Economics at CAL Berkeley, CA. James has received elite training in Quantitative Theory and Matrices from San Jose Mathematics Academy where he also helped develop a theory on probability of outcome. His duties involve nationwide sales to both Court and Government clients. Since joining MSB, James has expanded the Company’s presence into 3 new states. Further, he has expanded the current client list on the California AOC agreement from just one to 13 clients.
