Patrick J. Swanick, Chief Executive Officer & Board Member
Pat Swanick is Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member of Gila Corporation, responsible for all facets of the Company’s operations. Gila Corporation operates two strategic business units, Municipal Services Bureau (MSB), providing a wide array of third party receivables management services to governmental entities, and Gila Group, which offers first party collection support services for credit unions. For more than 26 years, Pat was an executive in the US financial services industry. From June, 1992 through January, 2005, he served in various senior roles with KeyCorp, a $100+ billion banking company, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. At Key, Pat was President of the Retail Bank and CEO of Key Electronic Services, where he had responsibility for over 900 branches nationwide and directed consumer e-commerce, internet and payment activities. From October, 1979 through June, 1992, Pat was employed by several predecessor banks of Wells Fargo Corporation, with responsibility for retail and commercial banking, call center operations, branch technology, and sales and marketing. Pat’s distinguished career has taken him from the branch to the boardroom. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of First Partners, Inc. Previously, he served on the boards of Captaris, Inc., Tyfone, Inc., MasterCard International (US Region) and the Bank Administration Institute (BAI). He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and an MBA in Management from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. |
