Whether it be 50 payments a day or 50,000 payments a day, MSB can seamlessly transition any payment processing or billing operation to our office. Using state of the art check processing technology, we electronically image and store every check and money order we receive within 1 business day. With an uplink to a client’s billing system, or by using our own payment database with client account information, we can also update customer accounts without our clients having to lift a finger.
Payment Options Available
MSB accepts payments online (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), by phone, and via mail. Payments can be made by check, credit card, signature debit card, money order, Money Gram and Western Union Quick Collect.
MSB can process payments based on client preference. Whether a client needs us to image payments received by mail and then send an electronic posting file or if a client needs us to take the payment from receipt to deposit, the process can be customized to meet our clients’ needs.
- All cash and negotiable instruments received by MSB are secured in a limited access Money Room. This room is observed 24/7 by infrared cameras, has extensive security protocols, and has a fireproof vault.
- Check-by-Phone, Credit Cards, Money Gram and Western Union Quick Collect payments are handled via electronic funds transfer (ACH) with customer payment information placed on electronic posting files for rapid defendant/consumer account updates.
- All bank deposits are reconciled to account postings/updates. These reconciliation reports are available to the client at any time.
- Clients can have access to MSB’s payment processing applications in real time allowing them to see the scope/status of payments received for a given business day.
- Customer account posting rules can be customized to be in sync with a client’s standard procedures.
- MSB can provide payment gateways and credit card swipe terminals at the client’s location(s) as well, ensuring that all payments flow smoothly through MSB’s system whether payments are taken at MSB or directly by the client’s staff.
